Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd Outsourcing Division is seeking a Project Executive to support Events & Outreach initiatives in Singapore. The role coordinates with community groups and partners to deliver outreach activities, plan roadshows and events, and manage on-site operations.

The candidate will handle inquiries, draft communications, and contribute to SOPs and audit documentation, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Arts Management, Public Policy, Business, Events Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, programmes, events, administration or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement and outreach plans to increase public awareness and participation in community-focused programmes.
• Coordinate with community groups, programme partners and other stakeholders to deliver outreach activities effectively.
• Plan and support roadshows, pop-up activities and community events, including venue arrangements, logistics and on-site operations.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with external partners, volunteers and internal teams.
• Support customer enquiries through call centre, helpdesk or digital communication channels, ensuring timely responses and proper escalation.
• Draft enquiry responses, service scripts, operating guidelines and other communication materials.
• Monitor service standards, participation results and operational KPIs, and recommend areas for improvement.
• Identify potential operational issues and support the preparation of risk mitigation measures.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, records and supporting documents for operational and audit purposes.
• Provide secretariat and administrative support, including meeting coordination, minutes and record-keeping.
