Get Out! Events, based in Singapore, seeks a Junior Events Manager with 2 to 3 years' experience to lead corporate events from planning to execution, coordinating teams, clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in events agency or corporate events
• Strong project coordination and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication with clients and cross-functional teams
• Open to AI tools and new ways of working

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage corporate events end to end, ensuring alignment with client objectives and smooth execution from briefing to post-event follow-up
• Coordinate timelines, logistics, vendors, venues and all event requirements to meet project goals
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify deliverables, manage expectations and resolve issues promptly
• Support on-site event operations by overseeing setup, troubleshooting and ensuring seamless event flow on event day
• Track and manage budgets, quotations and administrative documentation accurately to maintain financial and operational control
• Manage multiple concurrent event projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines

• Organised and detail-oriented approach to managing event components and following through on timelines
• Open to new ways of working, including AI tools

• Full-time position based in Singapore
• Salary range: SGD 3,800 to SGD 4,200 per month
• Working hours: weekdays, 10am to 6pm
• Occasional evening and weekend work during events
