Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an organized events and logistics assistant to support on-site program activities, manage materials and inventory, and coordinate travel and accommodations for conferences and meetings.

You will liaise with clients, vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless planning and execution of events, oversee catering, AV, transportation, and handle administrative tasks to keep programs running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and provide support for on-site program/events related activities
• Organise program materials and manage inventory
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events (like conferences, meetings & etc).
• Coordinating and managing timelines with engaged vendors.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless planning and execution of their events.
• Oversee event logistics (such as networking opportunities, catering, AV, transportation).
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries
• Handle administrative tasks related to programs/events
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
