Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an event coordination professional in Singapore to support planning and execution of a key stakeholder engagement event located in Novena. You will manage RSVP tracking, guest information, seating and dietary requirements, while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

The role also involves preparing event materials, assisting on event-day operations, and handling post-event follow-ups to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

Min Diploma in any related field.
Prior experience in event coordination, administration or a similar role is an advantage.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable with hands‑on event support and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and coordination of a key stakeholder engagement event.
Manage RSVP tracking, guest information, seating arrangements, dietary requirements and door gifts.
Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate requirements with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Assist in preparing event materials, including guest profiles, seating plans, run sheets and operational documents.
Support event-day operations, including registration, guest reception, dinner service, programme execution and event setup/teardown.
Provide post-event administrative support, including attendance consolidation, thank-you communications, follow-ups and tracking of outstanding matters.
