Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage event planning, coordination with schools for delivery and collection of competition materials, and packing of certificates, medals, and papers. You will maintain inventory records, track deliveries, and support operations during peak competition periods.

You will liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics, while handling general administrative duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning and Coordination
• Coordinate with schools on delivery and collection of competition materials
• Prepare and pack materials (e.g. papers, certificates, medals) for distribution
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries
• Track delivery status and follow up with schools when required
• Support logistics operations during competition periods
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle general administrative and logistics tasks assigned by the LogisticsManager
