The role covers coordinating travel, materials, catering, AV and transportation, as well as inventory control and ad-hoc duties. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and provide support for on-site program/events related activities
• Organise program materials and manage inventory
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events (like conferences, meetings & etc).
• Coordinating and managing timelines with engaged vendors.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless planning and execution of their events.
• Oversee event logistics (such as networking opportunities, catering, AV, transportation).
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries
• Handle administrative tasks related to programs/events
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
