Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage order processing, declaration, payments and shipping documents in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate storage, transport, and depot operations for cargos.

The role requires a minimum NITEC, ability to start immediately or on short notice, and openness to alternate half Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Min NITEC in any field.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
• Open to alternate half Sat.

Responsibilities

• Perform order processing, permit declaration, payment and shipping document.
• Liaise internally and externally for the storage, transportation, depot of cargos.
• Liaise with relevant parties for the pick-up and shipment of cargos.
• Generate/Provide reports, such as customer’s report, import & export report, etc. to the Management.
• Check all shipping documents and complete system input for final billing.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior or top management.
