Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for an organised, curious and proactive Events Executive to join their client’s team in January.

You will support planning and delivery of conferences, masterclasses, webinars and networking events across Asia-Pacific. This hands-on role suits someone who likes getting things done. Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience are welcome; CRM, event platforms and Canva experience are a plus as you help with invitations, registrations, reports

• Coordinate with sponsors and partners, and support on-site delivery.
• Prepare event reports and basic data analytics (training provided).

Our client is a not-for-profit professional association serving a large community of professionals across Asia-Pacific. They are looking for an organised, curious and proactive Events Executive to join their team in January.

The role

You will support the planning and delivery of conferences, masterclasses, webinars and networking events. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who likes getting things done.

• Support event planning and logistics: venues, vendors, speakers, catering and AV

About you

• Fresh graduates are welcome or 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships and volunteering count)
• Degree or diploma in events, marketing, communications, business or a related field; other backgrounds welcome
• Organised, detail-oriented, with clear written and spoken English
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data
• Proactive and analytical: you bring solutions, not just problems
• Keen to learn; CRM, event platform or Canva experience is a plus
• Open to occasional events outside office hours and travel within Asia-Pacific
