Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for an organised, curious and proactive Events Executive to join their client’s team in January.

You will support planning and delivery of conferences, masterclasses, webinars and networking events across Asia-Pacific. This hands-on role suits someone who likes getting things done. Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience are welcome; CRM, event platforms and Canva experience are a plus as you help with invitations, registrations, reports

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience welcomed.
• Degree or diploma in events, marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Other backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support event planning and logistics: venues, vendors, speakers, catering and AV.
• Manage registrations and CRM records, keeping data accurate and clean.
• Assist with invitations, email campaigns, website and social media updates.
• Coordinate with sponsors and partners, and support on-site delivery.
• Prepare event reports and basic data analytics (training provided).
