• Assist in venue setup, event logistics, registration, and attendee coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and event participants.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for upcoming events.
• Manage event schedules, bookings, and administrative documentation.
• Gather feedback and prepare post-event reports.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all attendees.
