Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent events logistics professional to manage logistics and provide on-site support for programs and events.

You will organize program materials, manage inventory, coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries, and liaise with clients and vendors to ensure seamless planning and execution.

The role covers overseeing catering, AV, transportation, and other event logistics, with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and provide support for on-site program/events related activities
• Organise program materials and manage inventory
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events (like conferences, meetings & etc).
• Coordinating and managing timelines with engaged vendors.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless planning and execution of their events.
• Oversee event logistics (such as networking opportunities, catering, AV, transportation).
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries
• Handle administrative tasks related to programs/events
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
