Job summary

Globewerks International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute corporate and medical events across Asia using AI tools and technology.

You will support end-to-end event planning, coordinate venues, vendors, and on-site operations, and ensure exceptional attendee experiences while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role relies on hands-on collaboration with partners and a proactive mindset to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality events.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for workflow automation, content creation, research, and project management.
• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Automate routine administrative tasks by leveraging generative AI productivity tools to increase operational efficiency
• Assist in end-to-end event planning by sourcing venues, designing floor plans, coordinating vendor selection, and managing event itineraries
• Coordinate with external suppliers, AV/technical support, caterers, and production vendors to ensure smooth event execution
• Manage on-site event operations including registration desks, command center logistics, delegate flow management, and live troubleshooting
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical professionals, speakers, and corporate partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure event success
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges during event planning and execution to maintain seamless event delivery
