Job summary

Globewerks International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute corporate and medical events across Asia, leveraging AI tools to streamline operations and enhance attendee experiences.

You will support end-to-end event management, from venue sourcing and floor plan design to vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event analysis, working with clients, speakers, and partners.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or project management.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows and content creation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Automate routine administrative tasks using generative AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Assist end-to-end event planning: venue sourcing, floor plans, vendor selection, itineraries.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, AV/tech support, caterers, and vendors for smooth delivery.
• Manage on-site operations: registration desks, command center, delegate flow, live troubleshooting.
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical professionals, speakers and partners.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless events.
