Job Description

1. Partner with clients to understand their brand, audience, and objectives before proposing anything

2. Shape creative, tailored proposals that bring a client's vision to life — from brand activations to full-scale exhibitions

3. Guide approved concepts from paper into reality, working hand-in-hand with our production and design teams

4. Source and coordinate venues, vendors, entertainment, and every other moving piece an event needs

5. Be the client's trusted point of contact — and the glue between event managers, designers, and third-party vendors

6. Oversee on-site set-up and production to make sure what was promised is what gets delivered

7. Grow new business through referrals, industry networking, and consultative conversations — less cold-calling script, more genuine expertise

8. Take on ad-hoc projects that come with a fast-growing industry

Requirements

• Some exposure to events, brand marketing, exhibitions, or a related creative/client industry — a "sales" title isn't required, but you should know this world

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with genuine client-facing confidence

• Strong instincts for what makes a brand experience land

• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and vendors under deadline pressure

• A problem-solver who takes initiative without needing everything spelled out

• Collaborative — daily contact with designers, producers, and ops

• Polished, professional presentation for constant client contact
