Job summary

PROCON is seeking an Events Services Executive to support the full lifecycle of experiential campaigns, corporate events, and brand activations in Singapore. You will develop creative concepts, prepare proposals, and coordinate logistics with venues and suppliers.

You will also manage on-site operations during setup, rehearsals, and execution, while maintaining clear client communications and tracking deliverables.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
• Prior experience or internship supporting events, experiential marketing, public relations, or hospitality operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain close attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with a creative mindset and strong interest in brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, event proposals, moodboards, and experiential activation ideas aligned with client briefs.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, scheduling, and technical requirements.
• Prepare meeting materials, track project deliverables, and maintain consistent client communications.
• Liaise with vendors and production partners to obtain quotations, compare pricing, and ensure deliverables meet quality and budget standards.
• Provide on-site operational support during event setup, rehearsals, live execution, and tear-down to ensure smooth program flow.
• Conduct trend research, venue scouting, and participate in brainstorming sessions to support new business pitches and proposals.
