• Manage the day-to-day execution of events, troubleshooting any hiccups that come along the way
• Handle event budgets, track expenses, and find creatives ways to save costs without compromising quality
• Implement processes to ensure every aspect of our events is top-notch and meets client expectations
• Create and share regular updates with management about event progress, successes, and what's next
• Look for ways to improve our event planning processes and share best practices with the team
• Help grow our junior team members and build a vibrant event management culture
• Stay on the cutting edge by exploring new trends in event management and engagement
• After events, create detailed reports on what went well, areas for improvement, and lessons learned
