EVENTIONS GROUP is seeking an Account Executive to support planning and execution of events and brand experiences. You will coordinate with clients, creatives, and vendors, while providing on-site support and helping prepare proposals and budgets.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, including late nights or weekends during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years AE experience or 2-4 years SAE experience in events, media, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end execution of events and campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, creatives, and vendors to hit milestones and deliverables.
• Provide on-site support during event executions to ensure plans run smoothly.
• Assist in preparing creative proposals, presentation decks, and budgets; support concept development.
