Job summary

SECOND TALENT SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead end-to-end corporate events, from proposal through post-event wrap-up, coordinating logistics, vendors, and on-site delivery.

You will conceptualise themes with the design team, craft programming for thought leadership forums, and build strong relationships with clients and vendors while managing workloads autonomously in a fast-paced live-events environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management or related fields.
• Strong project management with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and vendors.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a key client point of contact and manage project timelines from proposal through post-event wrap-up
• Plan and execute events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site delivery
• Conceptualise event themes and design event layouts alongside the in-house design team
• Craft overall programming for corporate events, thought leadership forums, and corporate hospitality events
• Manage your workload autonomously and take initiative on new ideas and improvements
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and vendors

Core Key Skills

• 3+ years of experience in event management, production, operations, or account servicing
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail, especially under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship-builder with clients and vendors
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-events environment

Nice to Have

• Experience designing event concepts or layouts for corporate or hospitality events
• Prior experience acting as the primary client contact on a project
