Job summary

EX.SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate campaigns and support recruitment activities on site.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, a strong command of English, excellent communication and superb organizational skills to supervise Brand Ambassadors and ensure timely payroll and reports.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred (hospitality, sales or training).
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizing and coordination abilities with the capacity to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks: consolidate applicants, screen candidates, create profile decks and generate reports.
• Prepare part-timer payroll and collect payments from clients after project completion.
• On-site supervision: brief, coach and monitor Brand Ambassadors for attendance and punctuality.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/ activations as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience, with hospitality, sales or training background preferred - Retail sales experience will be an advantage
• Possess good communication, good command of English
• Possess good rapport building skills
• Self-motivated and committed individual with high level of initiative - Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to multi-task

Job Responsibilities

Administrative

• Consolidation of applicants, recruitment and screening of new candidates. - Profile deck creation including photos on site.
• Generation of reports.
• Preparation of part timer payroll.
• To ensure collection made from client after project completion.

On-site Supervision

• Ensuring Brand Ambassadors attendance and punctuality on-site.
• Briefing, coaching and monitoring of Brand Ambassadors.

Others

• To assist in any ad-hoc projects/activation and any other work assigned to you from time to timewithin reasonable capacity.
