Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in events management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of event management experience.
• Experience managing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Canva and MS Office; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a wide range of events, including physical, virtual, hybrid, and experiential activations.
• Own end-to-end operational delivery from planning and procurement through on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event experiences and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to pitches and growing accounts.
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs to maximize profitability and compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

We are looking for a Senior Event Manager to lead and drive the successful delivery of our projects. Senior Event Account Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are executed seamlessly on time, within budget, and to the high standards our clients expect. This role serves as the operational backbone of the division. It is ideal for a hands‑on professional who can independently manage complex projects from concept to completion, maintain strong operational control, solve challenges proactively, and inspire the team to achieve excellence.

You will be joining a dynamic, creative, and professional team that delivers a diverse range of projects across events, exhibitions, and experiential spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a wide range of events such as physical events, conferences, exhibitions, virtual, hybrid and experiential activations.
• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of projects, from initial planning and procurement through on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance event experiences and operational effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to pitches, proposal development, account growth, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, with the ability to manage project budgets, monitor costs, maximize profitability to ensure both operational and financial targets are met.
• Ensure all projects are in accordance with client requirements, company standards, and internal SOPs.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for project delivery matters, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions before issues arise.
• Coordinate and collaborate with vendors, venue operators, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event management.
• Proven experience managing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, or experiential marketing projects will be an advantage.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms) to improve productivity, streamline project workflows, enhance proposal development, and support event planning and execution.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by project and event schedules.
