SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Venue Operations Assistant on a 5-month contract (Oct 2026 to Mar 2027) at Lavender.

The role focuses on supporting venue operations, carpark and crowd flow, with on-site arrangements for rehearsals and events. Singaporean applicants with a Diploma in Event Management or related field are preferred and must be willing to work evenings and weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Event Management, Art Management or related field.
• Singaporean only.
• Comfortable working outside office hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support venue and site operations, including carpark management, crowd flow, entry/exit points and on-site arrangements.
• Assist with security, crowd management and contingency planning, including coordination with relevant authorities.
• Manage security screening lists and ensure timely submission of information.
• Coordinate volunteer deployment, briefings, signage and on-site logistics during rehearsals and event days.
• Support the preparation of event visuals, branding materials and route maps for effective wayfinding.
• Manage logistics inventory, including packing, transportation, stock-taking and replenishment of event supplies.
• Provide administrative and secretariat support, including meeting coordination, minute-taking and follow-up on action items.
• Support other operational and administrative duties as required.
