Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an on-site Event Operations Assistant to support functional screening and health outreach activities.

You will coordinate pre-event planning, engage with the public, schedule follow-up appointments, and ensure smooth execution of health talks and outreach events. The role requires comfortable public interaction and prior experience in event operations or customer service; work is Wed-Fri 8:30am-6pm with potential adjustments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in event operations, customer service, administration or community outreach is advantageous.
• Comfortable interacting with members of the public.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Screening site recce to assess venue suitability for events.
• Follow up with stakeholders on site recce arrangements and requirements.
• Support Functional Screening events as the Event Point-of-Contact (POC), overseeing event operations and vendor performance.
• Engage and educate seniors on attending their follow-up appointments.
• Assist seniors with scheduling their follow-up appointments on-site.
• Support Health Talk and Outreach Events.
• Assist with pre-event planning, coordination and logistics.
• Ensure smooth operations and execution during events.
