Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Event Operations Support professional for a 1-year contract, handling AV setup, furniture arrangement, and overall event coordination.

You will work with the Facility Management Team to ensure venue readiness, manage inventory, and resolve technical issues during events. Weekend work is required.

Candidates should have Higher Nitec or Diploma in Events Management or related field and at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Events Management, Media Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in event operations with AV setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage client expectations professionally.
• Good IT literacy; comfortable with basic troubleshooting and system coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site event operations and AV setup.
• Ensure venue is restored to its original condition after each event.
• Coordinate with Facility Management and stakeholders to ensure readiness for next booking.
• Track inventory of furniture, AV peripherals, and other equipment; propose replacements as needed.
• Provide timely technical support during events and coordinate with AV team for maintenance.
• Support Workplace Services during off-peak periods.
