Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a capable Event Operations Coordinator on a 1-year contract to oversee AV setup, furniture, wall configurations and stage arrangements for onsite events. You will work with the Facility Management Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely housekeeping, equipment resets, and venue readiness for the next booking.

Qualifications

Diploma or Higher Nitec in events management or related field.
At least 2 years of event operations experience with AV exposure.
Ability to handle client expectations professionally.
Willing to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

Serve as on-site contact for event operations including AV, furniture, and stage setup.
Restore venue to original condition after each event.
Coordinate with Facility Management and internal stakeholders for housekeeping and readiness.
Manage inventory of furniture and AV equipment; propose upgrades.
Provide timely support for AV issues during events.
Coordinate event schedule with Workplace Executive and AV team for maintenance and issue resolution.
Support Workplace Services during off-peak periods.
