Job summary

National Cancer Centre Singapore is seeking a Senior / Associate Executive in Operations Support Services (Event Support) to oversee day-to-day operations and administrative support for Event Support and AV systems. You will report to the Event Support, Telecom & ROF Services Lead and coordinate venue setup and live event logistics.

The role requires a Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology or related discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Diploma in AV technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Familiarity with AV systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of Crestron and Extron is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and admin support for Event Support and AV systems.
• Manage AV contracts and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate venue setup and logistics for events.
• Provide live technical support during events.
• Maintain AV equipment inventory and condition.
• Serve as primary technical contact for events.
• Assist with facility reservation system and budgeting KPIs.
