CHAO YUAN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an energetic Event Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of private and public events at our premium Chinese restaurant and live music venue.

From initial inquiry and menu customization to on-the-day floor management, you will coordinate with the Head Chef, AV Content Manager, and Maintenance Manager to ensure flawless events, whether corporate banquets, weddings, or live performances.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of event management or banquet operations in F&B or hospitality.
• Proficient with Event Management Software, POS, and Excel for budgeting/tracking.
• Mandarin fluency required for client coordination with kitchen staff.
• Excellent multitasking and negotiation skills; stay graceful under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution: act as primary contact for event organizers; coordinate logistics, floor plans, menus, and run-of-show.
• Sales & Revenue: handle inquiries, site tours, and quotations; work toward monthly event sales targets.
• On-Site Coordination: lead service team during events to ensure timing is perfect.
• Stakeholder Liaison: coordinate between Head Chef, AV Content Manager, and Maintenance Manager.
• Post-Event Management: conduct briefings, manage final billing, collect guest feedback.
