Job summary

The Production House SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Client Servicing & Business Development Manager (Events & Marketing) to lead client partnerships, grow existing accounts, and coordinate with our creative, events, production and operations teams.

You will identify new business opportunities, develop tailored proposals, plan events, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, event management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development or events.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify New Business Opportunities and develop strategies to win clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand needs.
• Develop sales strategies and negotiate contracts to drive growth.

• Create compelling proposals with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Plan and coordinate events with the events team to ensure delivery.
