Job summary

Fuku is seeking a creative, proactive Event Executive Intern to join our team and assist in planning and executing corporate, music, and creative events. You will brainstorm concepts and support on-ground execution, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver impactful experiences.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields, with strong communication and coordination skills and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to share ideas.
• Possess good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior event experience is preferred; experience can include school events, internships, part‑time event work, or freelance projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar is a plus.
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
• Willing to support on‑site events, including occasional evenings or weekends when required.

About the Role

We are an event company specializing in corporate events, music events, and creative events. Our services cover the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to production and on-ground execution. We work on a diverse range of events and experiences. We are seeking a creative, proactive, and hands‑on Event Executive Intern who enjoys generating ideas and is eager to gain real-world experience in the event industry.
