Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a creative Event Executive Intern who enjoys ideation and hands-on execution. You will help plan, coordinate and support on-ground events across corporate, music and creative formats.

You should be pursuing a diploma or degree in event management or related fields, be proactive, have good communication, and be willing to commit to at least six months, with occasional evenings or weekends for events.

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Prior event experience preferred – school events, internships, part-time event work or freelance projects welcome
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to commit to a minimum 6-month internship
• Willing to support on-site events, including occasional evenings or weekends when required

About the role

We are an event company specialising in corporate events, music events and creative events. From event concepts and planning to production and on-ground execution, we work on a variety of events and experiences. We are looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Event Executive Intern who enjoys coming up with ideas and wants to gain real-world experience in the event industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing corporate, music and creative events
• Brainstorm creative ideas for event concepts, activities and experiences
• Support event preparation, coordination and on-ground execution
• Assist with event proposals, presentations and event-related materials
• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams
• Assist with event setup, registration and on-site operations
• Support social media content and event promotions
• Contribute ideas to improve event concepts and audience experience

About you
