MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. invites a creatively driven Event Executive Intern to join our team in Singapore. You will help plan and execute concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events, translating ideas into live campaigns and digital content.

You’ll craft and publish content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Xiaohongshu while supporting on-site event operations. This role suits a proactive student with basic Canva/CapCut/Adobe skills and a passion for entertainment.

Qualifications

• Interest in events, marketing, and entertainment.
• Hands-on and able to execute, not just ideate.
• Creative with a sense of current trends and social media content.
• Comfortable on-site during events and online work.
• Basic skills in Canva/CapCut/Adobe tools are a plus.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas for events (concerts, showcases, lifestyle events).
• Execute event from idea to rollout (social media posts, content, activations).
• Create and publish content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
• Assist in on-ground event execution (setup, coordination, crowd engagement).
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and partners to ensure deliverables are completed.
• Manage timelines and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.
• Monitor campaign performance and actively suggest improvements.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Event Executive Intern to join our team. This role goes beyond marketing, you will be involved in both event planning and on-ground execution, including concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events.

We are seeking someone who not only generates ideas, but is also hands-on and able to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas for events (concerts, showcases, lifestyle events)
• Execute event from idea to rollout (social media posts, content, activations)
• Create and publish content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
