Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore is seeking an Events Assistant to support logistics coordination and ensure smooth execution of events within South-East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam). You will collaborate with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Your profile should include initial experience in retail marketing or communications, outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• First experience in the retail industry in marketing or communications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly adaptable with an agile mindset.
• You are able to work autonomously, proactively and you are solution oriented.
• You are able to build strong collaboration cross-department and with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and coordinating with third parties, including agencies, venues, and vendors
• Provide logistical and operational support for events
• Develop and maintain detailed event action plans
• Provide administrative support, including invoice processing via SAP and tracking and expense management
• Support on-site event execution and ensure everything runs seamlessly
• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects
