Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a PR Assistant to support the SEA PR Manager, strengthening the Maison’s esteem through press office work and activations across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. You will work closely with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams to deliver targeted PR initiatives.

Your role includes crafting PR blasts, monitoring coverage, analysing monthly press editorial, coordinating with local agencies, and handling event logistics and administrative tasks in SAP.

What are we expecting from you?

As the PR Assistant, you will support the SEA PR Manager with building the Maison’s esteem by assisting in all press office work and fortifying the Maison’s position by supporting in all press activations across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

You will work in close collaboration with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams.

Your main missions will be:

• Develop concise and effective PR blasts to be shared with SEA press
• PR coverage monitoring and sharing of best clippings bi-weekly to internally stakeholders
• Deep dive in monthly press editorial analysis
• Support SG and coordinate with local PR agencies in MY/VN on daily press office work

• Manage competitors and post event reports
• Assist in coordinating all press events and press trips to ensure seamless and qualitative press treatment
• Assist in sourcing and coordinate logistics for all press gifting
• Provide administrative support, including photoshoot arrangements, invoice processing via SAP, tracking and monitoring of all PR related expenses.
• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects
