Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Store Design & Planning Assistant Intern to support the SEA market across Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia. You will assist with boutique design, refurbishment, and maintenance projects, coordinating timelines, budgets, and Maison standards.

You will work with Regional Store Planning, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation for each project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate boutique design, refurbishment, and maintenance projects per timelines.
• Maintain project documentation including drawings, layouts, quotations, and trackers.
• Review drawings and layouts for Maison standards; ensure budget conformance.
• Track project budgets and recording expenditures and quotations.
• Prepare maintenance status reports for internal review and management.
• Collaborate with Store Planning, Retail, Visual Merchandising and partners to ensure smooth execution.

You have a background in architecture or interior design with initial experience in retail store planning, project coordination, or a related field. You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

What are we expecting from you?

As Store Design and Planning Assistant for the SEA Market, you will support the Store Planning team in the coordination of boutique execution, refurbishment and maintenance across the South-East Asia market (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia).

You will contribute to ensuring that projects are properly coordinated, documented and followed up according to approved timelines, budgets and Maison standards.

You will work closely with Regional Store Planning, Retail, Visual Merchandising, boutique teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project implementation and timely resolution of project-related matters

Your main missions will be

• Support the coordination and follow-up of assigned boutique design, refurbishment, and maintenance projects according to approved timelines.
• Manage boutique maintenance, including routine and extraordinary maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, layouts, quotations, reports, project trackers and other relevant documents.
• Support drawing and layout review, ensuring alignment with Maison standards and approved project requirements.
• Support project budget tracking and maintain accurate expenditure and quotation records within approved project budgets.
• Support the preparation of maintenance status reports for internal follow-up and management review.
• Ensure project documentation, drawings, quotations and reports are properly filed and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Operate relevant Maison systems and digital platforms, including SAP, YOOBIC, MSC Security and LGSM systems, according to project and operational requirements.
• Support SAP-related administrative activities, including purchase orders, quotations and invoices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all required information and documentation are available in a timely manner.
• Assist with project reporting, meeting preparation, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate and manage any other ad-hoc duties related to Store Planning and project coordination as assigned.
