Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore seeks a PR Assistant to support the SEA PR Manager by handling press office work and fortifying the Maison's position through activations across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

You will collaborate with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams, bringing excellent communications, a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage timelines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop concise PR blasts to SEA press.
• Monitor PR coverage and share clippings bi-weekly with stakeholders.
• Conduct monthly editorial analyses of press coverage.
• Support Singapore PR and coordinate with MY/VN local agencies for daily work.
• Manage competitors and post-event reports.
• Coordinate all press events and press trips for quality press treatment.
• Source and coordinate logistics for press gifting.
• Provide administrative support, including photoshoots and SAP invoicing.
• Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects.

What are we expecting from you?

As the PR Assistant, you will support the SEA PR Manager with building the Maison's esteem by assisting in all press office work and fortifying the Maison's position by supporting in all press activations across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

You will work in close collaboration with Retail, Boutiques and APA Regional teams.

Your Main Missions Will Be

• Develop concise and effective PR blasts to be shared with SEA press
• PR coverage monitoring and sharing of best clippings bi-weekly to internally stakeholders
• Deep dive in monthly press editorial analysis
• Support SG and coordinate with local PR agencies in MY/VN on daily press office work
• Manage competitors and post event reports
• Assist in coordinating all press events and press trips to ensure seamless and qualitative press treatment
• Assist in sourcing and coordinate logistics for all press gifting
• Provide administrative support, including photoshoot arrangements, invoice processing via SAP, tracking and monitoring of all PR related expenses.
• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects
