Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on AV technician to support school events, assemblies and performances in Singapore.

You will manage AV setup, live operations and training for teachers and students, ensuring smooth productions and learning outcomes. Responsibilities include operating sound, lighting, micro­phones and media consoles; handling photography, videography and video editing for school content; and maintaining classroom AV systems, projectors and digital signage.

Job Scope

• Manage AV setup and live operations for school events, assemblies and performances.
• Operate soundboards, lighting systems, microphones and media consoles.
• Support students and teachers with AV equipment setup and training.
• Handle photography, videography and video editing for school content.
• Maintain school website and digital signage.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot classroom AV systems, projectors, interactive displays and PA systems.

Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in AV, Media Production, IT or related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on AV/event production experience.
• Experience with sound mixing, lighting, live events and AV troubleshooting.
• Skills in photography, videography and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro).
• Basic knowledge of CMS and digital signage.
• Able to train teachers and students.
• Good communication skills and flexibility to support early morning/after-school events.
• Physically able to set up and transport AV equipment.
