Job summary

HOTEL CHANCELLOR @ ORCHARD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly front desk associate to manage guest check-ins and check-outs, inputting accurate details into the system and handling payments with care.

You will work closely with other departments to meet special requests, maintain a fast-paced, guest-centric environment, and adapt to rotating shifts, weekends and holidays. Experience is welcome but not required; AWS and duty meals are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes.
• Input guest details accurately into the system.
• Handle guest requests with courtesy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests' check-ins and ensure details are correctly entered.
• Attend to guests' check-outs and collect payments in compliance with cash/credit card processing.
• Promptly respond to guest inquiries and requests; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests and follow up.
