Job summary

Healthway Medical Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Administrator to provide phone and on-site support for hardware, applications, and network issues across head office and clinics. You will deploy and configure desktops/laptops, perform maintenance, and manage IT assets with meticulous documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least Higher Nitec or Diploma in Computer/Electronic Engineering, 1+ year of experience in technology administration, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in Technology Administration preferred; some network knowledge is a plus.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and basic IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and on-site support for hardware, applications and network issues for Head office and clinics.
• Deploy, install, configure, diagnose, migrate and maintain desktops/laptops and related peripherals.
• Troubleshoot networking and connection issues; rectify as needed.
• Maintain asset information and inventory, ensure devices are tagged and up to date.
• Respond to incidents, provide status updates and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Assist IT manager for smooth IT operations and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide phone and on-site support for computer hardware, applications and network related issues of Head office and clinics
• Ensure new PCs and IT peripherals deployed are in working conditions else rectification to be done
• Perform installation, setup, configuration, diagnostic, migration, upgrading and maintenance of Desktop PC/Laptops, OS, Application, software and related IT peripherals
• Troubleshoot networking and connection issues
• Ensure the accuracy of the asset information such as all are tagged and recorded
• Maintain and update of computer peripheral devices and software inventory of the company
• Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
• Perform service request related to client platforms
• Perform user account management (e.g., Create password, reset & delete)
• Perform follow-up with vendor on replacement of hardware
• To assist IT manager for smooth IT support operation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Candidate with minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Preferably with 1 or more years related experience in Technology Administration. Some network knowledge will be an advantage
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Proficiency in Technology will be added advantage
• Independent, resourceful, result-oriented individuals with a "can-do" attitude
