Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Property Officer in Singapore (AMK) to oversee public housing estate upkeep, tenant feedback, and pest control supervision.

This role requires coordinating with residents, MPs and grassroot leaders to maintain compliance and achieve green ratings in municipal surveys. You will manage maintenance planning, cost control, and vendor performance while ensuring safety compliance under the WSHA and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in managing township properties/operations.
• Strong understanding of public housing estate management, government regulations, and compliance standards will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management, MPs and grassroot leaders in management, preventive maintenance and improvement of common areas of public housing estates and commercial properties.
• Deliver excellent services to residents, grassroot leaders and MPs.
• Ensure all contractual obligations of Service Agreements are met and town council management metrics are achieved.
• Plan and supervise cyclical maintenance of the estate including water pumps, roofs, lifts, pump rooms, lamp posts and other installations.
• Support works within the Town to comply with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and Authorities’ requirements.
• Supervise Pest Control Officers engaged by the Council and ensure timely pest management.
• Respond to residents’ feedback by coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely payments.
• Engage residents, grassroot leaders and MPs to plan improvement projects such as covered linkways and playground upgrades.
• Assist in handling Property Management and Project Management Services and understand related submission processes.
