Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Property Officer to oversee property upkeep, manage residents and tenants feedback, and supervise pest management within HDB estates and commercial properties.

You will coordinate with senior management, MPs, and grassroot leaders to ensure compliance with regulations and to supervise vendors for timely maintenance, cost control, and improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property upkeep and operations.
• Manage residents/tenants feedback and enquiries.
• Supervise pest management and estate inspections.
• Ensure compliance with building, security and statutory requirements.
• Cost management and vendor performance verification.
• Plan and supervise cyclic maintenance of estate facilities.
• Coordinate with MP and grassroot leaders for improvements.
• Assist with Property Management and Project Management services and processes.
