Qualifications

• Strong understanding of public housing estate management and government regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property upkeep and residents/tenants feedback; manage pest control and estate inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage division administration, costs and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with senior management, MPs and grassroot leaders on maintenance and upgrading projects in HDB estates.
• Support both Property Management and Project Management Services and handle application/submission processes.
