The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is recruiting a Property Officer to be based at Ang Mo Kio Town Council (AMKTC). The role covers property upkeep, resident/tenant feedback management, pest control supervision, estate inspections and vendor performance, with a 5-day week and occasional after-hours work.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate or related fields and at least 1 year of township properties experience. Salary: SGD 3,500–3,800 with HP allowance, VB and AWS.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in managing township properties/operations.
• Strong understanding of public housing estate management, government regulations and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Work with senior management, MPs and grassroot leaders to manage common areas of public housing estates and commercial properties.
• Deliver excellent services to residents, grassroot leaders and MPs.
• Ensure all contractual obligations of service agreements are met and maintenance scores meet targets.
• Plan and supervise cyclical maintenance of the estate, including water pumps, lifts and lighting.
• Ensure works comply with Workplace Safety & Health Act and authorities’ requirements.
• Supervise Pest Control Officers to treat and deter pests per contract.
• Address residents’ feedback promptly and verify vendor work with timely payments.
• Engage MPs and grassroots leaders to plan upgrades and renewal projects in HDB estates.
• Assist with Property Management and Project Management Services, including submission processes and enforcement.
• Perform any other tasks/projects as assigned by management.
