Job summary

Housing & Development Board in Singapore is seeking an Estate Manager in the Sales Department's Planning Section to drive operational excellence through data-driven insights and strategic planning. The role may rotate to Customer Relations Manager duties, including processing applications and liaising with applicants.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data analysis and visualization skills.
Experience with programming languages for data analytics or automation (e.g., Python).
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as SAS Viya, Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining dashboards to monitor service standards and derive business intelligence.
Managing data analytics and responding to stakeholder data requests with timely insights.
Analyzing housing trends to support evidence-based planning and service improvements.
Creating dashboards and presenting complex data in accessible formats for various stakeholders.
Preparing strategic recommendations and updates for Management through reports and presentations.
Contributing to policy reviews and public communications through research and analysis.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen data transparency, reporting accuracy, and operational accountability.
Supporting stakeholder engagement and public education initiatives.
