Job summary

Housing & Development Board is seeking an Estate Manager in the Sales Department to drive digital transformation and improve customer experience in the HDB flat buying journey. You will develop and enhance systems, e-services and business solutions for efficiency and service delivery.

You may also rotate to act as Customer Relations Manager (CRM), handling sales applications, appeals and Enhanced CPF Housing Grant processing, while liaising with stakeholders and developers on EC projects.

Qualifications

• Good background in Real Estate with analytical skills
• Strong numerical ability and data interpretation
• Customer-service mindset and ability to establish rapport with people at all levels

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer and review systems and e-services to support operational efficiency and customer service in the flat buying journey.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and developers on Executive Condominium projects and administer the EC Housing Scheme.
• Process sales applications, appeals and housing grant cases; potential rotation as CRM and handle duty manager responsibilities at counters.
