Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a professional to champion its estate recovery and rejuvenation programme in Singapore. You will plan land recovery, relocate companies to suitable alternatives, and help them explore business upgrades to boost productivity.

The role requires Real Estate background with 3+ years’ experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with data analytics tools such as ArcGIS to support decision making and digitization efforts.

Qualifications

• Background in Real Estate or its equivalent, with at least 3 years of working experience in the real estate industry.
• Candidate should possess active listening, effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders, as well as strong problem analysis and solving abilities. Keen interest on and prior experience with data analytics tools, e.g. ArcGIS, are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the recovery of land and facilitate relocation of companies to suitable alternatives.
• Assist firms to explore business upgrading and productivity improvement opportunities.
• Review policies and workflows; conduct feasibility studies and support digitization efforts using analytics tools.
