TRINITY CHRISTIAN CENTRE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee church properties, safety, and daily operations. You will supervise security guards and cleaners, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliant maintenance across interior and exterior spaces.

The role involves maintenance scheduling, asset inventory, event setups, and bookings to support a safe, welcoming worship environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care, protection, and hygiene of all church properties including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate security guards and cleaners.
• Ensure external contractors perform work to standard.
• Ensure protection before works and clean up afterward.
• Conduct periodic checks and reports on plants, machinery, facilities, and grounds.
• Implement maintenance schedules including preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems and plumbing.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and renovations to ensure by-law compliance.
• Review and improve facilities continuously.
• Maintain up-to-date asset inventory records.
• Prepare payment claims for contractors and suppliers.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and urgent maintenance reports.
• Review and renew contracts or obtain new service quotes.
• Oversee storage space allocation and usage controls.
• Manage facility bookings and building automation for access and HVAC systems.
• Oversee defects listings and repair work submissions.
• Prepare facilities or decors for church events, weddings, and setups.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and/or provide care, protection, cleanliness and hygiene of all church properties including interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, landscape, equipment and vehicle
• Supervise, manage and work closely with security guards and cleaners
• Supervise and ensure proper works are carried out by external contractors
• Ensure proper protection before commencement of works and clean up after
• Conduct periodic checks and reports on existing plants, machineries and facilities, plants and landscape
• Implement maintenance schedules including hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance of all M&E plants and equipment, sanitary and plumbing works and other building works
• Supervise and coordinate installation of new equipment and in-house upgrading projects and renovation works to ensure compliance with by-laws
• Review and make constant improvements to facilities
• Keep and update inventory records of assets
• Prepare contractors' and suppliers' payment claims
• Submit weekly, monthly and urgent maintenance reports
• Review, request and recommend renewal of existing contracts or new service quotations
• Supervise and ensure proper allocation of storage space and control of usage of storage throughout the organization
• Manage facility bookings and control building automation for locking and unlocking as well as activities of rooms/hall, doors and air-conditioning systems
• Supervise and ensure submission of defects listing and works requiring repairs
• Supervise the preparation of facilities or decors/fixture for all church events/ weddings and festive seasons, including arranging of chairs and setting up stage
