Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical capability, understands operational pain points, and can visualize the entire process from initiation to customer delivery
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, MS Access and project management tools will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI driven enhancement or workflow re-design is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile or other project management methodology will be advantageous.
• Strong project management skills; Adaptive and flexible in changing strategic contexts; Self-driven & independent to lead / facilitate projects
• Banking domain knowledge in Consumer Loans is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support and drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across the department to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and implement system enhancements and automation solutions.
• Coordinate and manage project activities with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through process simplification, automation, turnaround time reduction, risk mitigation, productivity enhancement, and man-hour savings.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, identify potential risks and issues, and recommend corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Develop, maintain, and update project documentation, including business requirement documents, process flows, standard operating procedures, user guides, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), change management activities, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions on transformation initiatives, process improvement methodologies, and best practices.
• Generate management reports and project status updates, highlighting project achievements, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
