Job summary

OCBC is hiring to drive business transformation through ERP implementation and process changes. You will design reports and AI applications on the ERP platform, gather requirements with stakeholders, and create training materials to ensure adoption of new processes.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Computing or Accounting, 8+ years in process improvement or ERP, and strong analytical and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computing, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or ERP implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new reports and AI applications on the ERP platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process changes.
