Job summary

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of SAP/ERP transformation experience.
• Experience in business process harmonisation and governance.
• Experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience establishing or operating a Centre of Excellence (COE).
• Experience in healthcare/public sector or regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise-wide process documentation and business rules.
• Ensure approved process designs are consistently implemented.
• Assess cross-functional impacts of process changes and enhancements.
• Support process reviews and SAP standards.
• Maintain traceability of decisions and deviations.
• Coordinate cluster BPOs and process SMEs.
• Consolidate feedback and drive alignment across institutions.
• Facilitate process working groups and adoption discussions.
• Promote sharing of best practices across institutions.
