Job summary

Kerry Consulting is partnering with a pivotal healthcare organisation in Singapore to appoint a senior SAP leader. You will serve as the central custodian of SAP MM/Logistics and SAP Finance processes, supporting the SAP Transformation Lead and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in a national-scale S/4HANA migration from ECC to S/4HANA.

• 10-15+ years in SAP with strong BPM/process excellence in SAP MM space.

• Healthcare/public sector or regulated environment background is a plus and COE experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central custodian of SAP MM/Logistics and SAP Finance processes, supporting SAP Transformation Lead.
• Bridge BPOs, technical partners, and senior stakeholders to align processes and governance.
• Drive process standardization, minimize customizations, and oversee COE for KPI tracking and governance.

You will have the opportunity to:

serve as the central custodian of SAP MM/Logistics and SAP Finance business processes, directly supporting the SAP Transformation Lead in implementing and sustaining harmonized enterprise standards across the national public healthcare ecosystem. Acting as the bridge between cluster Business Process Owners (BPOs), technical implementation partners, and senior stakeholders, you will drive process alignment, govern enterprise documentation, and minimize customization in a large-scale S/4HANA migration from legacy SAP ECC6 instances. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role through SIT, UAT, deployment, and stabilization, ultimately establishing and operating a dedicated SAP Finance and Logistics MM Process Centre of Excellence (COE) that tracks process KPIs, maintains governance frameworks, and leads long-term continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will bring your experience of:

10-15+ years in SAP with significant experience of business process management, or enterprise process excellence, for SAP MM space backed by a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Operations Management. You possess an understanding of SAP FICO combined with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC platforms and a deep familiarisation with process governance and performance measurement. A resilient, highly articulate facilitator, you demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and align complex ecosystem partners. Background in healthcare, the public sector, or regulated environments, alongside experience establishing or operating a Centre of Excellence (COE), will be highly regarded.
