Job summary

Atomic Recruitment SEA represents a leading global life sciences organisation in Singapore, seeking a Manager, Process Excellence / Business Transformation to drive end-to-end process transformation across key value streams. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, redesign workflows and implement technology-enabled improvements.

You will lead initiatives across Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay, leveraging automation and AI to deliver measurable productivity gains,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Proven experience in Business Transformation and Process Excellence.
Experience leading cross-functional transformation in a matrix organisation.
Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
Ability to translate complex processes into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business process transformation and productivity initiatives.
Identify and prioritise opportunities delivering measurable benefits.
Redesign workflows to remove unnecessary complexity.
Drive transformation across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and other value streams.
Leverage automation, AI and digital solutions to boost productivity.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, PPI, Agile, Design Thinking or BPM methodologies.
Build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Establish standardized processes and sustainable improvement practices.
Develop organisational capability in process improvement.
Track and communicate transformation outcomes to leadership.
Collaborate with regional and global teams on deployment.
